does anyone know a place that has stock necks and bodies.i have been building my own guitar and when i went to get a stock neck from guitar center.they said fender stop making necks and bodies now cause they don't want people making thier own anymore.so now here i am with most my parts but no neck or body.so any info would be great.thanks in advance.

well the local gc here has bass bodies and necks and everything else.

try warmoth thats the place i am lookin towards for fingerboards when i start buildin em this summer. im gonna set up a shop in my garage and make my own custom guitars with all these freaky mods that are going to revolutionize the guitar world. well not revolutionize but they are cool. i want to build every aspect of the guitars, including the neck and headstock. but i dont want to take all that time work and money to build a guitar, then mess up on the fret spacing so the guitar isnt even in tune. im gonna jes order pre slotted fretboard without inlays, put my own frets and inlays in, and pop them into my built guitars.
