Chord Progressions

I'm makig a CD of progressions to Solo over, but so far all I've got is a 12 bar blues and a Jazz thing (Tune Up, fo those who want to know). I'm looking for some good progressions of the following kinds (please say what key anything you post is in, so I don't have to figure it out myself):

A medium/fast metal progession.

A classic rock sort of progession (like a 60s sort of thing).

A funk groove.

An alternative thing, powe chordy but not metal.

anyone with ideas for any of these, or for any other types of neat progressions, please post them.

It should have instructions included on key, etc...that way you can hear what you should be playing, as well as allowing you to practice those lead licks you just learned<grin>
