Rythme Improvisation

I've been playing for bout a year now and I love playing rythme Improv. It's so damn fun. I play at school with a friend of mine and like we just pick a key then I intro, he comes in with the lead and I play the background.

Anyone know of any good sites which has and rythme lick like these?

Of course most of the time I don't actually know the rythme Im playing when I do improv but does anyone know of any good sites? Or even post up your own lick here and be famous :).
