I currently play a strat but I am also looking for something with a very thin and narrower neck, I love my scale length, larger the better.. Anyone have any ideas on a electric guitar that might fit this category?

Thanks!

Your not gonna find anything much thinner than a Strat's neck.

How do the telecasters compare?

Telecaster has a much thicker neck than a strat. I have played some very thin necked ibanez guitars. 7 String guitars usually have thin necks because they are a lot wider. But you are looking for a 6 string. Guitars built for metal have thin necks, I personally like a thick neck. Les Paul necks that are a tree trunk are what i love. Vintage type guitars will have thin necks as well. I have an old Kalamazoo SG style guitar that has the thinnest neck I have ever seen. As you can imagine I don't like it to solo on. It's great for rhythm parts, but not for lead.

you might want to check out the Ibanez RG guitars dude.

try telecaster vintage thinlines, they have 7.5 . . . or better than Fender, G&L ASAT's with 7.5 radius necks

IMHO G&L delivers higher quality at lower prices than Fender does. . . (like a low end G&L ASAT is better made than Fender custom ;) )

Indeed, try an Ibanez RG series, I play this myself and I am very fond of it. Also, you could try a Flying V. They don't have a neck that thick too.
