i really need some advice and direction on how ican learn about modern r&b style. i keep noticing some strange type bends played on electric guitar in these songs. i've heard them in some old r&b songs too. what is this style, and how can i learn it-or please help me understand how its done.

that's part of the problem, i can't tab it. u an listen to an example in ja rule's "thug lovin". its an r&b-ish riff that plays throughout the song. this is the style i'm speaking about. hope u can help.
