is it possible to use a line 6 flextone II head with an atv marshall cab?

In theory it is. Though there are a few things you have to worry about: Power handling of the cab and matching the impedances of the cab and head. I think the flextone is 300 watts, but I am not sure. The AVT cab is 200 watts, so be careful there. If I am correct w/ the wattages, it will be easy to blow that cab.
The impedances are kinda odd. It is best to match them exactly, for instance an 8 ohm cab on an 8 ohm amp, 4 ohm cab on a 4 ohm amp, or 16 ohm cab on a 16 ohm amp... etc etc. But you can always but a higher impedance cab on a lower impedance amp like an 8ohm or 16 ohm cab on a 4 ohm amp, 16 ohm cab on an 8ohm amp, etc etc. DON'T EVER PUT A LOWER IMPEDANCE CAB ON HIGHER IMPEDANCE AMP!!! You will blow it up. I don't know what impedance the cab and head are to let you know if it will work.
