i was wondering how could i learn to read starndard notation on all strings & the rest of the frets (1st fret - 21st fret)??? i know all six strings up to the 3rd fret but i want to learn all the frets.

hmmm, really there's something wrong, you know: Standard Notation is just a system, you need to learn. It doesn't depend on strings or frets, because it doesn't refer to guita only.
To transfer what you read in standard notation to guitarplaying you will need to know the notesnames up and down the fret, because then you'll know on which different (!) positions you will find a certain note written out in standard notation...
...maybe I just got you wrong, but there is just no direct connection of standard notation and frets...
