ampeg or swr???

hey does anyone have a ampeg Ba-115 bass amp? or a swr la 15?
im tryin to find out wich one is better.thanx

i got an ampeg BA112 and i have used the LA series amps... i love swr all the way but in my honest opion the ampeg is the way to go... teh BA115 is a very nice amp, more features then teh LA series.. i think ya might be happier with the ampeg, i am anyway... i use it more then my full stack some times

na i think they are horrible.. some peopel like them btu i cant stand the things... they always got that dman blue effects button adn all thsi other jazz... i dont recomend them at all

about the ampeg,is it louder then the swr?cuz i have a bass enhancer & i can always get a EQ i just wanna wich is made more for jammin with a drummer & bein able to really feel the bass.

well you cant really say wich is louder cause in reality a 100 watter and a 500 watter can be jsut about the smae loudness. i think teh ampeg will be better for playing all out with drums adn guitars btu then again i havnt take the LA series to a full gig or practice... you should go to www.swrsound.com and www.ampeg.com and print out the owners manuals and read all the specs on them

i got an BA-115 they kik ass, they have a 150watt speaker so u never blow it out and youll get the full range in sound and dept, it also has a voice nob, iodont liek the la series lookinto the workignman for swr instead, they will havebetter sounds
