Shawn:
I understand the need for ads, but I was wondering how much control you had over them, because although I don't really mind pop-ups, as long as they aren't too aggressive/offensive, I find the ones that come up and ask "Do you want to install our (Insert huge software name here) software on your computer?" to be very offensive, because things like that get into your computer, and leech off of your system... and also, you don't know what is involved with the software that is busy trying to install itself.
Like I said, I understand the need for ads, both for advertising, and to keep the site going, but those aren't even ads to sell you things anymore, they are just trying to get their greasy little paws into your computer... along with the adware/spyware that comes along with them.
Thanks,
Ken
