Slower pages?

Has the pages become slower?
The index page opens normally but if i try to open any lessons or guitar forums the pointer changes from a hand (the link pointer)to arrow and stays like that (even I drag it over a link), until the page has opened. And the opening can take over a minute, when they used to epen just in a few seconds. Also I've noticed that it goes much faster to the forums when using one of those "you've received "mail" " messages.

It's doesn't bother me much, I just thought you might want to know about it.

yea they seem a bit slower to me but not as bad as you mentioned

The main Cyberfret.com site and this forum are actually on different servers. Are you noticing this on one, or both?

The forum works great! The problem seems to be on Cyberfret's server then... This must be the reason why the forum opens faster when opening it from a e-mail message, because then it goes straight to guitarlodge and doesn't go through slow forum index page which seems to be on Cyberfret's server.

So the probalem is on Cyberfret's server.

lets just sayi said the wrong thing at the wrong time and of course got teh book thrown at me :D.. so now im forced to start from the bottom fo the ranks its cool... i think i might like this name a bit better

I've noticed myself that the main cyberfret pages are quite slow over the past little while...

When I'm using this different computer the pages open like they used to. And the other computer I usually use is slow only at Cyberfret.com. Weird...

it coudl be the comp... slow connection, small ram... anythign could basically do it

I have sympatico high speed (DSL), and 512 MB of ram, and I am still having issues with the speed the pages are loading at.
