Yamah SJ 180

I am thinking of buying a 1981 Yamaha SJ 180 guitar. I will not have a chance to play it before buying. Does anyone know anything about this guitar? Is it a solid or laminate top? The selling price is $150, if you know the instrument and it is in very good condition, do you think this is a good price. I should mention that the seller does not play, inherited it and does not know anything about the instrument. Also, I have been playing for about 5 months on a Hohner HG300. I am looking to go up to a better guitar.

Last time i saw that guitar on sale it was for $350..it was second hand but in perfect condition,hardly played by it's owner.But on ebay i found the same guitar for $100 but that one was used for quite some time. i dont know much about the guitar but i guess $150 is a pretty good price if u compare it with those other prices.
