Alternate picking exercises

Does anyone know any really good alternate picking exercises? Cause i'm looking for a good way to speed this up.

I need some help on finger picking...

Go to the top of the page and click on search, then enter alternate picking. There's already lots about it on the board. Same for finger picking.

I've found this exercise helpful in building strength and increasing dexterity. Give it a try!
