Does anyone else play ska here? im beggining to find out ska isnt that big in other places. Im just wondering if anyone else plays ska and if so do u have any cool chord progression to try out with ska strumming, well thx in advance.

i dont play much ska, so i cant help ya in chord progressions, but i do listen to it.
and my friend is the drummer in a wicked ska band from ontario canada. called green division.

i've had a 5 minute intro into ska from a friend in ky. i was basically told that any higher string triad chord/power/ barre chrod will sound cool ska style so long as you hit the chord on an upstroke while strumming, and muting all the rest. use different rythms and move a chord up and down the neck. here's what i was taught(hope it comes out ok. it's really something you're better than but hope it helps start upstroke each prog x3
