hmmm, I've never seen that, too, but that doesn't mean much... but eeerrrr... how do they write minor chords??? - if they don't put little »m«'s behind the letters or write them in small letters (not in capitals) the exclamation mark may be simply the sign for the chord being a mayor one... :confused:
