A question about a tab symbol

This is probably a really easy question but i'm just starting to learn.
What does 3p0h3 mean exactly?

p = pull off
h = hammer on
0 = open string

pick the 3 and pull your finger off to the open string and hammer your finger back down again at the 3rd fret - all with only one stroke of the pick !
