I can never find out where to find songs that only have notes no chords.

Can anybody help?

Alot of songs will probably use some type of chords in it. Even if you do not want it to. Ig uess I would just look around tab web sightsa and look at tabs that show the notes and not chords and play them songs, if you know what I mean that was kind of confusing. Alot of songs like old american songs yopu can get without ussing chords, or a song in a lesson books. Try looking into those.

Look for songs arranged for other instruments. Most traditional "band" instruments (trumpets, clarinets, trombones...) are not polyphonic. Hence, you will be guarenteed not to find any chords there.

Of you are going to do what the last poster said make sure you find the peice of music for one single instrument. Not the directoers score. IN that they show the chrds and stuff you are not looking for. If you go to school just go to the band room and copy the music. BUt that stuff you can not always find online with out hvahing to pay somethign, or at least I have not had good luck with that. You can find video game themes online.
