HI FOR CHRISTMAS IM GETTING AN ELECTRIC GUITAR. MY UNCLE PLAYS THE GUITAR AND HE IS THE ONE SORTING OUT THE GUITAR. I WAS WONDERING HE IS GETTING ME A LES PAUL REPLICA CUSTOM BLACK WITH A MARSHALLS AMP IS THIS ANY GOOD. IM ONLY 14 AND DONT NO ANYTHING ABOUT GUITARS YET PLZ HELP

I couldn't hazzard a guess... I don't know the maunfacturer of the guitar or the model of the amp. Your uncle being a guitarist isn't going to steer you to wrong, unless he doesn't like you. Odds on it should be a good enough rig to get you started. Now you need to save up and get yourself a few lessons, or have your uncle get you started. It's gunna be a bit rough when you first get started, there's a lot to learn, and, the physical part (hand strenght, finger callous', etc etc), so take my advise DON'T GIVE UP!!!! It's not gunna happen overnight.

Like they said, without seeing it, can't tell.
A lot of people start out on Gibson or Fender copies, some of them are not that bad at all.
