Hey somewhere I remember reading something about certain chords and notes producing certain feelings. Any body have any info or know of a good site to go to about this?
Also I don't know much about what chords are in what key mostly in moveable chords and I play alot of stuff that sounds good to me and I do have a pretty good ear. But I have a friend who is like that can't go there and I was wondering if anyone knew of any sites that deal with moveable chords and keys.....thats it.
Thanks for your help!!!

Well I will help you withg a general Answer. Chord wise minor chords produce a cad type feeling while a Major chord will produce a Happy type of feeling. Same thign with scales. The notes to a minor scale overall sound sadder then a happy major scale.

Try this Online Chord Dictionary (http://hatbox.lib.virginia.edu/text/gtrchord/)

put in a Root note, extension, bass note or even position and it brings up results which are not only print friendly but you can even click on the chord and hear it both arpeggiated and strummed.

So you could sit there and listen to chords and decide for yourself what mood they invoke.
