Ok! A bit of background first. I'm 15 and have taken Music GCSE, (Although I put it last choice and apparently only 0.1% of people get their last choice :(). I'm finding it to be quite fun, even though I'm crap at it and by far the worst in the group!
So anyway, last week we got set a challenge of composing a Rondo (ABACA) form composition. Of course, I have no idea what I am doing and would love a little bit of help from you guys.
Of course, my main chord sequences are on guitar (acoustic) and I have put together a fairly simple chord sequence:

F C F C G D F C as the "A" section of my rondo.

What I need is some help to find chords which will go with this and make a flowing song for my "B" and "C" section. And, of course, ideas of melody which will fit it together (I am partially tone deaf, and cruising for an "F" grade!)

Any help (and I mean ANY!) is greaty appreciated!

Thanks,
Fluffy

what about going for the relative minor of your original key for the B section, then a totally new key for the C section
