Line 6 stuff, Boss stuff. Boss stuff owns hard, I'd recommend it over zoom or digitech. Not sure too much about the line 6 stuff, or about ibanez stuff, but I heard that peaople like the tube screamer.

I've heard ESPviper recomend the Line 6 distortion pedal. Go to a shop and mess around with all the distortion pedals you can find. The Boss pedals are probably second best, but it's whatever you like the best. Try the pedals out before you buy them.

Line 6 makes some good stuff. You won't be disappointed.

Don't count out DOD- they make some good pedals. I was thinking betweena Boss and a DOD and I got the DOD (cause I didn't have enough money for the Boss pedal- but that's another story) and it works great. I have the FX69B "Grunge" pedal, and it's very versatile pedal that sounds good.

I had a friend back in middle school who had the Grunge pedal. I couldn't stand it. Though, he didnt know wtf he was doing so the settings were pretty messed up on it I'm sure.

Line 6 has done a very good job at making very tone rich pedals, they are also very dynamic. Most digital effects aren't dynamic, but these are. Which really suprised me. If ya want distortion check out the Line 6 DM4. I'm not sure on the exact features, but i know it at least has 3 switchable sounds. So you can have 3 completely different distortion sounds at your leasure, and you can always make your own distortions as well.
