I've been playing for about 4 months now but I still consider myself a beginner. I practice very hard every day for at least 2 hours on moving from chord to chord, just strumming in general, I've learned a few songs, and now I know 2 scales. But heres my problem.. I dont know where to go now? I think I'm ready to make my 'move' to the intermediate level but I don't know what to practice because I'm self taught. I just keeping doing the same chords over and over which is getting boring now. Can anybody out there please post anything to help me with my problem. Please... I mean I dont think I'm getting any better but I am definitely willing to put the work in so I can get better. Please help me

I really would just pick some lessons on this site and go through them. They are broken down by topic. So learn some theory, learn how to improvise, increase your chord vocabulary, learn some new techniques.... Buy some tablature books and learn some new song (you can use tab sites on the internet, but if you want more accurate version tab books are the way to go), subscribe to some guitar magazines and read them (guitar one, guitar world, guitar player) Once you know the basics there is really not a step by step way to learn. There are lots of paths that you can take.
