The worst acoustic guitar you ever played.

I'm just curious but I would like to know what is or was the worst acoustic guitar that you have ever played? Me has to be a Cheap Harmony that I still have..

well, the worst 1 i own is a degas acoustic..... that's all i can say about that 1.... but the worst acoustic i've played? that would have to be a nameless acoustic with nylon strings.... it was brown....there's nothing else to say about it....

My first guitar.....a no-name acoustic with a cracked off neck that I first duct-taped then later glued back on. It had God-awful intonation, and extremely high action. Helped build up my fingers though

a mate of mines dad used to work as headmaster in a local primary school, every year they'd put on a production and he'd play acoustic guitar in the background. thing played like **** and is about 35 years old.

i bought it off his son for 20 quid simply for the historic value hahahahaha

plays like a bitch

when i was 8 my dad bought me a 20 dollar classical from a mexican walmart type deal(i think it was called liverpool?) the frets are made out of what appears to be pencil shavings, it took about a week of playing to the point where the frets are worn down so badly that the strings touch the fretboard and buzz like a bee......the finish flakes off if u give it a dirty look(which i do alot) one of the tuners busted and out of desperation i went up to the local music store and got a new tuner shaft thingie(the plastic thingie on classical guitars) and then the strings UNTIED themselves from the bridge, not to mention the fact that when i was playing it, i failed to realise that one thing adding to the horrific sounds coming out of it was the fact that it had not been restrung in about 6 years lol. the neck is incredibly short for some reason(shorter than most classicals) yet the body is normal size for a classical...........strange. the strings were not quite classical strings but more like fishing line....and it sounds like somebody took a cardboard box, cut a hole in it, and put rubber bands around it when u play it. SCARY!

Mr too! It was a hand me down that came from Sears I think. Also it only had 3 strings! That really sucked. But I eventually bought a new set, which, of course, when I put them on it only bowed the neck more . I think the action was truly about an inch of the neck.

But loved it .

Peace!

I don't like the way ovations play, not only do they sound weird and don't ring properly, but are alsy very uncomfortable for me to play, sitting down and standing up.

ovation is a brand of guitars that im not too fond of.

intonation, well, im not entirely sure how to explain this, its when the notes played from one string to the next or from one string to the next are off (i think)
